Active Stretching with Karen Noel
Come into your own with self-awareness training. Explore the link between yogic breath and guided, aligned stretching. Restore and relieve overburdened muscles and stiff joints. Elongate your body and clear your busy brain. Eat a light breakfast, wear loose fitted clothing, and bring a mat.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
