Bee Breathing and Full Body Yoga Flow
Bhramari Pranayama, or Bee Breathing, can be used to calm the agitated mind. It helps with headaches, concentration, and memory. Full body yoga will be incorporated into this morning practice. Safe for beginners. Wear comfortable, loose fitted clothing, eat a light breakfast, and have a yoga mat and towel handy.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
