Breathing for Better Sleep with Karen Noel
Our health can improve when our sleeping is deeper and more restful. This lecture will educate us on the benefits of practicing specific routine breathing methods for enhanced sleep. Simple techniques will be demonstrated and explored. You'll need a yoga mat and a chair for this hour-long session.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
