Chair Yoga with Karen Noel
Chair yoga is a form of yoga therapy that can be practiced in a chair and/or standing. A chair is used for balance and support. The poses are adaptations of modern yoga postures that will ground your mind and body and relax you from head to toe.
Wear loose fitted clothing. Eat a light breakfast. Choose a solid chair that supports the spine in an upright position and try to have your hips a little higher than your knees for best possible form and a safe practice.
