This Zoom presentation is designed to help high school juniors and their parents understand how to use the summer productively to create a compelling college application and increase their chances for admission.
Topics covered include:
- Current admission trends
- Writing the personal statement essay and supplemental essays
- Teacher recommendations
- Application strategies including early decision, early action, and regular decision
- Submission of SAT or ACT stcores for test-optional universities
- Importance of community service
- The holistic admissions review process
