Mind/Body Gentle Yoga
Breathe, meditate, and engage gentle flow movement in this early springtime offering. Join our Thursday morning Demarest Library community as we practice together, acquiring strength, flexibility, and deep inner calm.
Wear comfortable clothing, eat lightly before session, and bring a yoga mat or chair if needed.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
