Mindful Movement with Karen Noel: Evening Edition
Come learn how to release bound, constricted areas of your body as you explore and expand around the mat, utilizing alignment yoga, chi kung, flow, breathing practices, and acupressure points. Eat lightly, wear loose and comfortable clothing, and please have a yoga mat or blanket.

You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
