Mood Boost Yoga with Karen Noel
Join Karen Noel, our insightful, resident yoga teacher for a mood boost workshop series. Through the ancient healing philosophy and practice of yoga we can learn how to increase vitality, enhance mood, and stabilize our thoughts. Please join us for this back-to-school series on Thursdays in September at 11am.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitted clothing, and eat lightly prior to session.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
