Let's open the season balanced and well-connected! Join us for a spiritual somatic experience of hatha yoga, a body and mind purifying practice which combines slow poses, breath work, and meditation.Together we will breathe, stretch, explore our bodies, and reconnect to our true selves.

No previous experience required – everyone is welcome!! For your comfort, bring yoga mat, blanket/towel, & something to drink.

Anat Lavie is the owner of BGC Yoga. She has lived in Demarest since 2017 with her husband, three kids, and their beagle, Buddy. Anat has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years and has been certified as a yoga teacher since 2019. She earned her B.A in psychology at the University of Maryland. Her long struggle with health issues and her professional background in mental health deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of wellbeing, inspiring her to pursue yoga professionally.
