Peaceful, Calm Yoga
We invite you to continue your ever-growing yoga practice with our devoted instructor, Karen Noel. The experience will be life altering!
Wear loose fitted attire, eat a light breakfast, and bring your yoga mat and a towel or small blanket.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
