Yoga for Springtime Strength
Welcome April with this yoga and meditation class!
Come prepared with your yoga mat or chair (if preferred); have a blanket or towel handy, wear loose fitted clothing, and eat lightly. No caffeine is always better prior to your session.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
