Springtime Yoga Waves
Welcome spring with this passive and dynamic stretching yoga and meditation class – great for limbering up! Eat a light breakfast, wear loose fitted clothing, bring a mat and a chair should you feel the need for stability.
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
