Immerse yourself in a routine practice for enhancing physical and mental strength with an emphasis on self-care, self-love, and self-compassion.

Wear loose fitted clothing, eat light breakfast, and have a yoga mat and blanket or towel. If your preference is a chair, kindly have one handy.
