Taming the Monkey Mind in Meditation

This month we invite you to calm the endless chatter in the mind through the experience of simple guided meditation, gentle movement, and focused breath methods.

Beginners welcome. Bring a mat or chair, wear comfortable clothing, and eat lightly.

This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
