Yoga Stretch and Breathe with Karen

We invite you to explore soft flow yoga, mindful meditations, and conscious breathing methods in this completely comfortable, safe, educational environment. Wear easy clothing and have a yoga mat and blanket or towel handy. Light meal advised prior to practice
 
This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
