Yoga for Peaceful Calm

Regulars and new registrants are invited to join Karen Noel for a weekly Zoom yoga and meditation session devoted to interior focus and external poise. Engage in an ancient practice and watch how quickly it can become a way of life! Wear loose fitted clothing, eat light breakfast, and have a yoga mat and blanket or towel. If your preference is a chair, kindly have one handy.

Please note that there is NO yoga class on Thursday, June 16.

This event will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom software to your computer or the app to your mobile device, links to all of which can be found here. You will receive a link to join upon registering that will work for all four sessions in the series, and again each morning before the event.
