Oradell Public Library Evening Book Club
On Wednesday, August 19, the Evening Book Club will discuss The Fraud by Zadie Smith. Set in 1870s England, this novel follows a sharp-witted Scottish housekeeper and a formerly enslaved Jamaican man drawn into the sensational Tichborne Trial. As questions of identity and fraud consume the public, both confront deception, class, and the illusions shaping Vicotrian society.
The Evening Book Club meets on the third Wednesday of the month from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Join us for engaging discussion of popular and thought-provoking books.
