Oradell Public Library Evening Book Club
On Wednesday, June 17, the Evening Book Club will discuss Lafayette in the Somewhat United States by Sarah Vowell. This book follows the Marquis de Lafayette’s role in the American Revolution and his 1824 return tour, using humor and history to explore the nation’s founding ideals, political divisions, and the complicated personalities who shaped the early United States.
The Evening Book Club meets on the third Wednesday of the month from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Join us for engaging discussion of popular and thought-provoking books.
