Eco Book Club Meeting
Join Eco Book Club hosted by Teaneck Creek Conservancy and Teaneck Public Library! Eco Book Club is a wonderful gathering of folks who share a love of nature and care for the earth. All are welcome to join in the friendly conversation at our monthly meetings or read along at home.
This month, we're excited to add something new! Join us at 6:30pm for a nature walk before the book discussion. We’ll take a mini-hike through Teaneck Creek Conservancy, exploring signs of hope in the world around us—whether it's new growth, wildlife returning, or the positive results of recent restoration efforts. It's a great way to connect with the themes of the book and experience nature firsthand.
Then, at 7pm, we’ll gather for the book discussion.
Please remember to wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear for the walk. Bring binoculars if you have them—though it won’t be a bird-focused walk, they could enhance your experience.
Due to upcoming renovations at Teaneck Library, this meeting will be held at the Teaneck Creek Conservancy, 20 Puffin Way, with a virtual option available.
The April title is The Book of Hope: A Survival Guide for Trying Times by Jane Goodall
