Teen Drum Circle @ the Creek!
Drum circles are great for the mind, body, and soul. Drumming can offer therapeutic benefits including reducing stress, boosting immunity, and improving cognitive functioning. In this unique program, we will meet at the Teaneck Creek Conservancy at the Turtle Peace Labyrinth to form a drum circle, using dozens of drums from around the world. Be prepared to have a lot of fun and don't be scared to try it out, most of us have never drummed before!
Please meet at Teaneck Creek Conservancy at 20 Puffin Way. Dress appropriately for the weather since we will be outside. Also note that there will not be restrooms readily available.
