CANCELLED:Teen Ecology & Sketching at the Creek!
Join us and the Teaneck Creek Conservancy (TCC) this July for a unique guided ecology walk led by TCC Land Steward George Reskakis. Together, we’ll explore the Teaneck Creek’s winding trails, learning about the diverse plants and wildlife that call this urban wetland home. Our walk will lead us to the serene Peace Labyrinth, where participants will take time for quiet observation and meditative sketching, capturing inspiration from the natural world around them. All skill levels are welcome. Sketchbooks and writing utensils will be provided. Just bring your creativity and curiosity!
Meet at Teaneck Creek Conservancy, 20 Puffin Way entrance - rain or shine. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes and be aware that bathrooms are not available. Attendees should read and submit back the Creek's 2025 waiver, found here, prior to the event.
