Mindfulness with Miranda for Adults
This a class for anyone interested in learning how to learn how to use their own mind to be more content and less stressed. There is an introduction with theory and brain science, followed by a short gentle movement practice and a mindfulness meditation. Then time for questions and discussion at the end.
