Black Women's Suffrage Mural Discussion

Black Women's Suffrage Mural Discussion

Join us on Wednesday, February 15 at 7 p.m. on Zoom as Charles Cobb leads a discussion exploring the Black Women's Suffrage Mural at the Women's Rights Information Center on 108 Palisade Avenue and the deep history of those depicted in the mural. The mural celebrates Black women’s voices, raises awareness about Black suffragists, and encourages civil discourse within the community. In addition, the mural sparks pride recognizing and honoring the Black community’s contributions.
