Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners

You're invited to a free weekly practice with local meditation teacher Evelyn Del Valle (RYT 200). Each week will include a brief talk about mindfulness followed by a group practice and take-home practice. All are welcome and no experience is necessary.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Evelyn’s work is informed by more than 20 years of study and application of Yoga, Meditation, Contemplative Practices and Ayurveda - including a 3-1/2 year work-study program in ashrams in India and the Catskill Mountains of New York. She has participated in numerous week long meditation retreats and is a graduate (2023) of the University of California, Berkley, Greater Good Science Center’s two year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
