In commemoration of Mental Health Awareness Month, Dr. Matthew Zuch will discuss practical tips and strategies for managing stress and anxiety, which are common issues that many teens face in their daily lives. The program will take place in the library's Mackay Room.

Dr. Matthew Zuch is a licensed psychologist and a renowned expert in the field of mental health. He has extensive experience successfully treating individuals and their families struggling with OCD, specific phobias, school refusal behavior, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral regulation. Dr. Zuch has agreed to speak on the topic of "Supporting Your Anxious Teen". His talk will cover practical tips and strategies for managing stress and anxiety, which are common issues that many teens face in their daily lives.
