Listen, Craft, Relax: PRIDE Month

Listen, Craft, Relax: PRIDE Month

Join us in a Listen, Craft, Relax session as we celebrate PRIDE and Caribbean Heritage Month. We'll listen to the audiobook, After the Hurricane, by Leah Franqui while we sculpt and paint with air dry clay. All levels of experience are welcome and supplies will be provided.

Reminiscent of Gabriela Garcia's of Women and Salt, Leah Franqui brings us an engrossing, deeply personal novel with a mystery at its heart as a daughter returns to Puerto Rico to search for her troubled father, who has gone missing after Hurricane Maria.

Please email Natalie at natalie.castillo@hoboken.bccls.org to if you have any questions about this event.

This program is a part of our PRIDE and Caribbean Heritage Month celebrations.
