Policing Times Square in the 1980's
Twenty-six year decorated Port Authority Policeman Mitch Rosen takes us back to policing in the 1980's, before computers, cell phones, and high tech equipment. Mr. Rosen will share his on-the-job experiences patrolling New York City. This event will take place in the Montvale Council Chambers.
