Join us on Saturday, November 11 for a half day, Silent Mindfulness Meditation retreat. A retreat is a powerful way to give pause to the mind and heart from daily stimuli, to dive more deeply into practice, to settle more fully into the space of quietude and nourishment within.

Retreat Schedule:

10:30 - 10:35  Welcome, Silent Sitting 

10:35 - 10:45  Welcome again, Introductions, Ice Breaker, Logistics

10:50 - 11:10 Sitting Session 1 Guided Meditation  

11:10 - 11:20  Mindful Movement

11:20 - 11:40  Sitting Session 2 Guided Meditation     

11:40 - 11:50 Short Pause / Break

11:50 - 12:10  Sitting Session 3 Guided Meditation    

12:10 - 12:15 Pause, retrieve lunch/ snack

12:15 -12:30  Mindful Eating, Guided Practice

12:30 - 1:30 Mindful Eating, on your own

1:30 - 1:45 Break

1:45 - 1:55  Mindful Walking

1:55 - 2:10 Sitting Session 4 Silent Practice without Guidance

2:10 - 2:15  Break/ Journal

2:15 - 2:25  Paired Sharing 2/3 mts ea. 

2:25 - 2:30  Conclusion, Silent Sitting 


*Please bring a portable lunch for our meal time break and water to hydrate throughout our time together.

Registration and confirmation is required as space is limited.

We will gather via zoom Friday, November 10, 7:30 PM - 7:45 PM to review the schedule and answer any questions. A meeting link will be provided to all registrants.
