Free Health Screenings with JCMC
Jersey City Medical Center's community health outreach program provides FREE blood pressure and blood sugar checks. We also offer educational pamphlets on nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, blood pressure, and blood sugar management. We are also happy to chat with the participants regarding any health questions or concerns they might have. We do not require any ID; we ask the participants to sign in and sign a consent form that permits us to check their blood pressure and blood sugar. These health screenings do not replace regular visits with a health care provider. Lastly, we have free giveaways (hand sanitizers, pens, water bottles, chapsticks, etc.) for the participants!
