Richard Baratta
Richard Baratta, a Grammy-nominated drummer and film producer, presents an afternoon of music in films with his highly regarded and captivating musical foursome. The band will swing and surprise with their jazz/latin interpretations of well-known movie compositions from his 35 years in the film industry.
Playing music from movies I've worked on or that my audience is familiar with with my quartet has been the theme and focus of my shows. Most of the arrangements are in the Latin/Jazz genre, and they are lively, inventive, and audience-friendly.
It is encouraged for viewers to ask questions regarding the films, music, actors, directors, and pretty much any other subject they choose.
