Sleep is a universal problem that seems to get more challenging as we move through the years. There's tons of advice out there, but reading it is one thing; implementing it is another. Help connect the dots between wakefulness and sleep. We will practice relaxing your physical body, have a little chat with your subconscious mind, which may have given up on the thought that you can really sleep better, and more.
