Everyone Can Do Yoga - Mindful Movement Yoga Classes

Kripalu yoga teacher Jane Porges leads mindful yoga classes. 

All levels are welcome, including those who have not practiced yoga before. These 90-minute longclasses will cover the basics including breath, alignment, balance and yoga postures.

Dress comfortably.  Bring a mat or towel, a yoga tie or an extra sock.    

About Kripalu yoga:

Kripalu yoga is a type of hatha yoga that emphasizes mindfulness and self-compassion.  The physical benefits include increased flexibility, strength, and stamina and can also help improve balance and coordination. The mental benefits of Kripalu yoga include increased focus and concentration, and decreased stress and anxiety.

An inclusive and non-competitive practice, Kripalu yoga can be practiced by people of all ages and levels of fitness. The practice can be adapted to meet the needs of each individual.
