The Chanteurs, a vocal ensemble from the New Jersey Choral Society, will present a concert titled "A Touch of Pops" on Saturday, April 20 at 2:00 pm at the Wyckoff Public Library. The program will feature Slap That Bass by George and Ira Gershwin, When I'm Sixty-Four by the Beatles, Big Yellow Taxi by Joni Mitchell, Blue Skies by Irving Berlin, Our House by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, and many other popular hits. Some Broadway show tunes will also be included, such as Steam Heat from Pajama Game, the Finale from Billy Joel's Movin' Out, and a medley of songs from famous James Bond films.  

The New Jersey Choral Society, formed in 1980,  performs a holiday, Pops and Masterworks concert each year.  They have performed at music festivals in Australia, Austria, France, England, the Czech Republic, China and Italy. They have also sung at Carnegie Hall and the White House. The Chanteurs, it's outreach vocal ensemble, was formed in 2010 and has performed at libraries, senior centers, and senior living residences throughout Bergen, Essex and Passaic Counties as well as Rockland County in NY.
