Beginner Chess Class Grades 3-8
Learn how to play chess and improve your skills in our Beginner Chess Class. The class will meet once a week for four 4 weeks on April 9, 16, 30 and May 7 at 5:15 to 6:15 PM. This is the perfect class for the new chess player and beginners with little experience. Students will learn the legal moves, special moves and basic strategies. For USR cardholders in grades 3 through 8 only. You must be able to attend all 4 weeks. Space is limited. Registration is required.
