Alison Roman is a writer, chef, and food phenomenon. She has authored 3 New York Times bestselling cookbooks, maintains a popular Instagram account, a YouTube channel, and a monthly newsletter. Select one of Alison’s recipes, create the dish as written (no substitutions) and be ready to discuss and share with others when we meet. Limited to 20 participants. Priority given to USR cardholders.
