Senior Solutions Workshop--Reverse Mortgages

Senior Solutions Workshop--Reverse Mortgages

Reverse Mortgage Specialist Sandra Rostek will host a Senior Solutions Workshop at the Englewood Public Library on Wednesday, May 22 at 2 p.m. in the Mackay Room.

The program is free, and no selling will take place. Sandra will be partnering with the law firm of Norgaard, O'Boyle & Hannon as an educational outreach program to assist seniors in making informed decisions to ensure their long-term financial stability.

Seniors can learn about HUD/FHA Reverse Mortgage Financing to determine if it can help them keep their homes and ensure their long-term financial stability.

The purpose of the event is to educate eligible seniors of options many are not aware of, that could potentially provide them with peace of mind as some face difficult challenges in their golden years. Among other benefits, this program can assist seniors in paying for medical expenses, home care and can even provide a remedy for foreclosure actions.

The product is offered through HUD/Federal Housing Administration and is insured by the federal government.

Ms. Rostek has been in the field of banking for 25 years, and is well equipped to provide a thorough education on reverse mortgages, as well as a comparison of alternate financing products.

There will be a 1/2 hour at the end for any Q & A that might be sought.
