Body Wellness for Gardening
Dr. Ashley McLoughlin, Area Director of Jag Physical Therapy, will present an interactive presentation highlighting the importance of ergonomics, proper postures, injury prevention, cushioning aides, and hydration during gardening and general Spring/Summer basic outdoor yard maintenance. This program will take place in the Library Activity Room.
