The 6 p.m. ceremony on the library plaza is sponsored by Mayor Wildes and OUT@NBCU.
In case of rain, the ceremony will take place in the library's art gallery.
The first 100 people to attend will receive a free drink ticket for the networking reception at Colombia Kaliente!
