Space Travel with Challenge Island
Grades 2nd-5th

Challenge Island will be coming to the library with all-new STEM programming! The September program will be all about space travel, so gear up and get ready to blast off! Participants will discuss various aspects of space, including wormholes, as well as gravity, kinetic and potential energies, and even Walt Disney! They then work in small groups to design and build a working model of a space ride that uses these scientific concepts to travel through the galaxy.
