Korean Harvest Festival (Chuseok) Craft
Ms. Anna will read a few picture books about the mid-autumn harvest festival, Chuseok, or "Korean Thanksgiving," one of the biggest and most important holidays in Korean culture. It is also known as the "Mooncake Festival" in Chinese culture. We will make a few fun harvest festival-themed crafts.
For ages 5 and up.
Registration is required for all child/ren participants.
Anna Kang was the 2022 NJASL Author-Illustrator of the Year and won the 2015 Theodor Seuss Geisel Award for her debut picture book, You Are (Not) Small and has since published five more books in that series, as well as The Christopher Award winner Eraser, and several others.
