Virtual Mindfulness: The Benefits of Gratitude
As November brings Thanksgiving, it's a perfect time to practice gratitude. Gratitude helps us see the good in our lives, even amid challenges, restoring balance and clarity. Each class starts with an introduction to theory and brain science, followed by a short gentle movement practice and a mindfulness meditation. Time for questions and discussion will be provided at the end. Classes are held each Saturday morning; come for one or all.
Registration is required. Please sign up here to receive the Zoom link.
