Gentle Yoga for Wellness - In Person

Gentle and simple yoga poses designed to help release tension, enhance energy, stretch and strengthen the body, relax the mind and lift the spirits. Class begins with brief warm-ups seated in a chair and then transitions to standing and balance work followed by poses done while reclined on the floor. It is safe for students with osteoporosis.
