Tai Chi is a moving meditation and an ancient martial art that includes many health benefits such as

-Strengthening and lubricating the joints
-Reducing stress and inflammation
Come to the Demarest Library to attend one or all of our Beginner Tai Chi classes to kick off a mindful summer presented by Mad Monk Tai Chi.
