Crystal Bowl Sound Healing
Lisa Oropallo of Vibe Wellness in Nutley returns to the library for another crystal bowl sound healing session as we celebrate the spring equinox!
She will introduce us to this complementary healing practice and its benefits, then guide us through a sound meditation healing session using crystal bowls and incense.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
