Glass Plate Decoupage
Company coming? Wow them with a decorative serving plate that you’ve created! Decoupage a glass plate with an array of colorful pre-cut paper designs to create a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind creation. Registration is limited to twenty adult Montvale residents with a valid library card. This program will take place in the Library Activity Room.
