Join author Roberta Bergman as she discusses her book Back on Track: The Lifestyle & Exercise Guide on Healing Back Pain

This 60 minute program will include:
  • a discussion of Chronic vs. Acute back pain
  • medically safe exercises including the Alexander Method for good posture and the Feldenkrais Method for healing the back 
  • relaxation techniques to reduce stress
  • discussions about good nutrition as it relates to the back pain
There will also be a demonstration of: Posture Improvement, Back Flexibility and Back and Core Strength Exercises.
