Homemade Pita bread with tzatziki 
 
Join Chef Teey of Library Chef for a fun, hands-on pita-making class! Learn how to make delicious homemade pita from scratch. We’ll start with a demo on preparing fresh pita dough, and then it’s your turn to mix and roll it out. Chef Teey will cook off some of the pita flatbreads for a tasting and we will pair this with a demo of tzatziki sauce, perfect for dipping! 
 
This interactive session is perfect for flat bread lovers and anyone excited to learn a new kitchen skill in a relaxed, enjoyable setting. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm!
 
Please bring with you: 

• 1 rolling pin
• Wax or parchment paper to place in between your pitas
• 1 flat baking sheet, plate or pan for transport
• 1 medium sized bowl (2qt capacity)
