JUV Mommy and Me Yoga Classes (for Children Ages 3-5 and their Caregiver) REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Yoga Instructor Chiling will guide children and their caregivers through a calming yoga routine. Each participant should wear comfortable clothing for exercising and will need to bring their own yoga mat and towel.
This program is for children ages 3 through 5 years old and their caregivers. Caregivers are expected to participate in addition to children.
Registration is required and space is limited. Dumont residents only.
If you have multiple children attending, please register each child separately.
Each yoga program has a separate registration.
