Deer Resistant Gardening with Native Plants

Deer Resistant Gardening with Native Plants

One of the most frustrating problems faced by New Jersey gardeners is the ever-growing population of white-tailed deer in our yards, frequently in large herds, decimating our carefully tended landscapes. Join garden designer and consultant Nisha Khanna as she discusses strategies for gardening in deer-infested areas, along with practical tips and advice on different types of products that can be used to exclude, deter and repel the invaders. She will also cover New Jersey native plants that are resistant to deer-browsing. This program will take place in the Library Activity Room.
