Creative Art & Wellness - Watercolor Painting Series
Join us Tuesday May 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th at 2:30 PM for Creative Art & Wellness - Watercolor Painting Series led by our partners at the Mid Bergen Regional Health Commission. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and this wellness series will integrate therapeutic elements and artistic expression to foster inner tranquility and promote mental well-being. Participants will acquire distress tolerance strategies and methods to augment self-awareness in a secure and nurturing environment that facilitates development and social-emotional health.
