Celebrating Moose Monroe: Englewood Griot
Come join us on Tuesday, June 3 at 7 p.m. on Zoom, where there will be a communal gathering to talk with, and about Englewood griot Thomas "Moose" Monroe.
Coach, professional basketball player, teacher, historian, and chess whiz Tom Monroe has been a vital part of the Englewood scene since his birth in 1942. Monroe has been a friend, instructor, mentor and more to countless Englewoodians over the years, and we would like you to show up and celebrate Moose's upcoming 83rd birthday.
